Raja Muhammad Ishaque is one of the founding pillars of Bains Rajput Foundation. For more than four decades, he has worked toward community unity, social development, legal awareness, organisational progress and international community connection. He brings more than 30 years of travel industry experience, a background in law, extensive organisational knowledge and a longstanding commitment to community development. His contributions include community organisation, social welfare, legal awareness, organisational leadership, international community connection, youth encouragement, heritage preservation and long-term community service.

What is Bains Rajput Foundation?

Bains Rajput Foundation (BRF) is a private community, cultural, social, educational, professional and humanitarian organisation established to connect, organise, support and empower members of the Bains Rajput community. Its main community base is District Sudhnoti, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Who can become a member?

Membership is governed by the constitution. In general, any well-intentioned Kashmiri Bains Rajput aged at least eighteen who supports the aims of the foundation may apply for ordinary membership. Other categories, including associate membership and youth volunteer interest, are also available.

Is the foundation only for people living in Kashmir?

No. While the community base is in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the foundation exists to serve and connect Bains Rajputs living anywhere in the world.

Can overseas Bains Rajputs join?

Yes. Members in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, North America, the Asia-Pacific region and elsewhere are warmly encouraged to join and, where possible, to form or join local chapters.

Can people from other communities receive support?

The foundation is rooted in the Bains Rajput community, but its humanitarian, educational and social welfare initiatives may assist deserving people from other communities, subject to available resources.

Is membership automatically approved?

No. Submitting a form does not automatically confirm membership. Ordinary membership and final approval are governed by the constitution and relevant verification procedures, and the Executive Committee may verify information provided.

What is the minimum age for ordinary membership?

Ordinary membership applicants must normally be at least 18 years old. Applicants under 18 may submit a Youth Volunteer Interest instead.

How can young people participate?

Young people can register a Youth Volunteer Interest, share skills and ideas, take part in future youth, education, cultural and IT programmes, and grow into community leadership roles.

How can I start or join a local chapter?

Visit the Local Chapters page and submit a chapter enquiry. Chapters operate under the constitution and require approval by the Executive Committee, with a minimum number of member families as described in the constitution.

Where can I read the constitution?

The full constitution (in Urdu) can be read online and downloaded on the Constitution page.

How can I contact the foundation?

How can I submit a community issue?
