Terms and Conditions

1. About this website

This website is operated by Bains Rajput Foundation, a private community organisation based in District Sudhnoti, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan. By using the website you accept these terms.

2. Information on this website

The website describes the foundation, its constitution and its aims. Content about programmes is often future-focused: the foundation aims to develop the initiatives described, and descriptions of potential activities are not promises that a programme currently runs. The official constitution PDF is the authoritative document; if any website summary differs from it, the constitution prevails.

3. Membership forms

Submitting a membership form does not automatically confirm membership. Applications may be reviewed and verified according to the Constitution and membership procedures of Bains Rajput Foundation. Providing false information may lead to refusal, suspension or termination of membership under the constitution.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting spam, attempting to bypass security measures, uploading harmful code, or submitting information about another person without their permission. The foundation may block access in response to misuse.

5. Intellectual property

The Bains Rajput Foundation name and shield logo are the property of the foundation. Under the constitution, the name and logo may only be used by approved local chapters with clear chapter identification, and the logo design and words must not be altered. Website content may not be reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. No professional advice

Content on this website, including plain-language summaries of the constitution and legal awareness material, is general information and not legal, financial or professional advice.

7. No guarantee of assistance

The foundation cannot promise emergency financial assistance or the resolution of every matter raised. Our team reviews information submitted and responds according to the nature of the request and available resources.

8. External links

Links to external services such as WhatsApp are provided for convenience. The foundation is not responsible for external websites or services.

9. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the foundation is not liable for losses arising from use of the website, interruptions in its availability, or reliance on general information published on it.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
