Who We Are
A Community, Cultural, Social, Educational and Humanitarian Organisation
Bains Rajput Foundation is a private fraternal organisation established to connect, organise, support, and empower members of the Bains Rajput community. Its main community base is in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, particularly District Sudhnoti, while its wider community includes Bains Rajputs living across Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, North America, the Asia-Pacific region, and other international locations.
The foundation is primarily created to serve and connect Bains Rajputs around the world. At the same time, its humanitarian, educational, social welfare and community support initiatives may assist deserving people from other communities. Rooted in the Bains Rajput community, committed to the welfare of humanity.

Purpose Anchored in Our Constitution
The constitution sets the foundation's general purpose: to develop and promote better understanding among members and to provide a forum for social, cultural, educational and business exchange. Its specific objectives include promoting and nurturing Bains Rajput heritage and traditions, developing programmes with active member participation, building links with other Bains Rajput organisations worldwide, protecting the best interests of members, and empowering the youth and women of the community.

The foundation's committees give each area a home: the Executive Committee directs the foundation's business, supported by the Cultural Committee, the Education Committee, the IT Activities Committee, the Legal Advisory Committee and, where formed, advisory committees and local chapters.

Founding Leadership
Guided by Long Community Service
Raja Muhammad Ishaque, Founding Member and Senior Community Leader, is one of the founding pillars of Bains Rajput Foundation and has worked for the progress, unity and welfare of the community for more than four decades. He brings more than 30 years of travel industry experience, a background in law, extensive organisational knowledge, and a longstanding commitment to community development.
